Pros

9/80 work week. Not very stressful.

Cons

Company doesn't really embrace WFH, but reluctantly allows you to work one day a week from home. No new benefits to retain employees.

Autocracy

Pros

40 hour work weeks are common. Promotions are easy, more based on time vs actual accomplishments.

Cons

Management/governance is autocratic for Aeronautical Systems, nearly all decisions are made by one or two people who are dinosaurs.
