Pros

Not much, pay I guess...you get to travel

Cons

This company is a good ol' boy system. Let's hire my friend who knows nothing and get rid of those who try to improve the sites they are deployed to. GA-SI supports a toxic misogynistic work environment. I can't tell you how many lewd and unprofessional images i see drawn in common work areas. "Leadership" will not take corrective action against those who create a hostile work environment. It's very childish and sophomoric employees are why no one takes this company seriously anymore (GA-SI) I assume the other branches of GA are decent.

Pros

Most of the people are genuinely doing great work. Benefits are decent.

Cons

There is very little diversity. Career advancement is unlikely. Remote work is openly discouraged by leadership.
