Pros

Pay is good, people are normal, they enter into some fun events and benefits are really good.

Cons

Depends on the department your in, I come to work , go to my cube, work my full shift, clock out and go home. I prefer to work in a fun environment. More like a Work Hard Play Hard environment.

Pros

9/80 schedule, no real expectations from management for quality work, as long as the "paperwork/documentation/requirements are solid." Benefits/pension plan are ok.

Cons

Boring, not good experience. Outdated technology across the board. Stereotypical "government urgent" deadlines... Low pay, minimal raises and almost insulting bonuses.
