Pros

Your get a paycheck and benefits

Cons

You will need those benefits to pay for your nervous breakdown. Accounting dept in particular. I have never worked so many hours and felt so unappreciated. They could not pay me enough to stay. Mgrs are bullies and not just a few. I even transferred to another dept within accounting and it's pretty much the same. The only people who are successful here are jerks.
