Pros

Great benefits package to include a pension after 3 years and 401 K Matching.

Cons

Hours are “tracked” and our 80 hours worth of work is merely a minimum of expectation and pay. More than 80 hours doesn’t get you overtime or extra leave hours. It is pretty much expected

Thanks for your feedback! We’re glad you’re happy with your benefits package, we want you to grow as we do. Different kinds of companies work with their Project Managers differently, but we also want you to be on a career track that you’re excited about. So please make sure to speak to your manager about the steps we can take to make that happen.

Awesome co-workers. Cool work. Company is growing. Great values. Good pay.

Cons

Decent size company plus government contracts can mean some red tape but overall, not too bad
