Pros

--Great work/life balance --Competitive pay --Good benefits: 401(k), pension --Coworkers and management want to see you succeed

Cons

--No cons yet, though I'm wary of if they offer competitive raises and upward room for growth. No evidence of that yet though until my first performance review

Pros

Lot's of growth/opportunities. Many programs are on the cutting edge of science. Overall, most people are nice. Great benefits. A very stable company with lots of long term employees.

Cons

Communication is lacking in some areas. Some managers are just not meant to be managers. Brings on several new policies/IT programs etc in a short period of time. Lack of training on new programs/systems. They could pay some of their hourly staff a little better. Could lose some dead weight as well.
