Pros

It's a stable job with a lot of flexibility in the working hours. They really care about the employees and there is always lot of new and interesting work coming in.

Cons

It's a defense contractor so you need to maintain a security clearance for a lot of the positions which can be tedious. Also the compensation is not quite as high as some companies in the private sector.

Cons

- Not challenging - They over hire, so there is often down-time with no work - Messy code base - Little sense of pride amongst the developers

outdated technology 'managers' are a joke, only a few are actually worthy of the title no training slow pace and no work theres a culture of just getting by; everyone does the bare minimum theres just no room for growth, not a learning environment
