Pros

I was hired on rather quickly. Everyone I had a chance to meet was friendly and welcoming and we're looking forward to bringing me on.

Cons

Seemed liked there have been problems with hiring and maintaining people for this position in the past that came up during the conversations I had with the people I met.

Pros

Stability is the number 1 positive

Cons

Management is not open to promoting within and communication is very poor. There is a very incestuous attitude in management (the good old boys club)

Pros

9/80 work schedule, 7% pension, 401K match and very reasonable health benefits

Cons

Company touts that it's vertically integrated, but silos exist in a big way; some portions of the business are treated/operated like a large business, others still have a small business feel.
