Pros

I think it depends on where you work. I grew concerned when I read a few reviews about various departments and people we've worked with over time. It does not seem fair to make assumptions based on one review of what looks like an upset employee, its unfair and biased. These things run good employees out and keeps the not so good employees employed. GA is an overall great place to work. We've worked with many departments, Facilities included and I have to say most everyone is helpful and does what they can to meet the customers needs. There are some outstanding issue's (such as FSR's) but it seems they are working on that. There are quite a few people that will go out of their way for you, even if it is not in their job description, they do what it takes to get the job done. The Director has helped through various issue's we have had, the staff overall all seems happy and is always helpful. No matter what, there is only so much one group can do. We are thankful for their help and those we have worked with in the past.

Cons

Great place to work but somewhat difficult to find a work/life balance. GA is busy which is good, but there can be long hours.
