Pros

Company benefits are decent, and time off is above average. Small ish company, with a good amount of company sponsored events.

Cons

Poor raises once a year and promotions are infrequent. Lots of people who can't perform job duties. The company is very profit driven.

Pros

Good benefits. 401k and pension. Paid holidays and accruing time off. Great co-workers and end users. Ability to work with limited supervision to allow for self motivated work managment.

Cons

Limited/slow growth in position and monitary gain. Annual raises are standard and only account for cost of living, not based on true merit and responsibility advancements. Coorporate structure overlooks hard work ethics.
