Pros

Good pay, benefits and work environment.

Cons

Upper management and it seems there always looking for someone to throw under the bus and make a example of what not to do. Even had one a manager, on a number of times. Mess with lunches, aircraft, stuff around the aircraft during a operation, trying to catch someone on a safety violation or anything else he could fine. Had one lead tell me, he seen a hatch open on the aircraft put wasn't going to say anything. Hoping the Crew Chief wouldn't catch it, and make a example of him not doing a thorough walk around. Luckily he seen it before the chucks were pulled.
