Pros

Constantly developing new exciting products.

Cons

Management hires friends, allowing the "Good O Boy System" meaning if your in the friend club, you're performance does not matter. Management takes care of their friends, while others work harder and do not get rewarded.

Pros

Great salaries we still have pension plans and change is constant as we are still growing and expecting a huge growth spurt over the next three years; there is plenty to occupy your time with opportunity for recognition of accomplishments

Cons

Great reliance on consultants rather then knowledge bank within; lack of empowerment; low vacation earnings for the first five years; no personal days; Sick days are earned also
