Pros

I work in the ASI devision. Interesting work with cutting technology. Offers good benefits and decent pay, albeit typically lower than "industry average". Solid employees that are generally a pleasure to work with.

Cons

If you deploy, prepare to have an unpredictable schedule. It can be nearly impossible to make plans. 84 hours/week while deployed.

Pros

Great company and good benefits. Family environment and work with very talented people. Great atmosphere and caring management. Cutting edge technology. Good product. I would highly recommend this company if you are a male.

Cons

HR department has the worst reputation in town. There is very little if any career path at all. It is blatantly gender biased even though they deny it with so called study analysis. We know it and they know it but somehow continue to get away with it.
