      Cryotech isn’t based in Fort Madison, Iowa, which means it is sometimes hard to find great talent. However, this company leads a unique niche market and offers great opportunities for roles and responsibilities, in the aviation industry and beyond.

      Cons

      There was a personnel issue that should have been dealt with earlier, before negatively impacting other employees. The good news is when the individual was finally let go, it actually opened up wonderful client opportunities and Cryotech realized that swift action would have been better, and they learned from it.
