Pros

I worked at GA in various roles for about 3 years. Great people to work with, interesting products, pretty casual work environment (depending on what location you are at), decent benefits, optional work days during the holidays.

Cons

Not a lot of direction for new hires, work was not very challenging/became routine quickly once you got the hang of it, no career advancement, compensation is not very competitive, hard to get promoted

Pros

From a finance point-of-view, employees are given the ability to learn and establish a better understanding of their work and role within the department. The analyst is very much a visible part with their Program and Control Account Managers as well as their immediate management group.

Cons

Management is very indecisive. Clear direction from management is almost non-existent. High attrition and low moral affects the culture amongst the workers within the finance group.
