Pros

Good benefits: 9/80, the pension, CAL, Christmas shut-down.

Cons

The company makes a solid product but it promotes and retains incompetent people. The HR department is no different. The department is quite large and has turned over almost 100% in the past couple years. There are a lot nasty people where favoritism is rampant.

Fair salary, high quility peers, good management, nice facilities, great work schedule (every other friday off), just the right amount of work load.

Cons

Chalenging to move up in company due to lots of competition. Pay raises are not substantial. No EV charging stations on site.

Pros

9/80 Work Schedule and every other Friday Off.

Cons

Low Pay. Absolutely no opportunity for advancement or growth. They have a company policy that you cannot move up into another position if it is more than 7% of your current pay. There are many internal talented employees that are not considered for positions due to this rule. It's absurd. They would rather hire from the outside and pay someone more than give a more than qualified internal employee the promotion and raise. Poor Management. Too many Chiefs and too little Indians. If you are retired Military, you are given a job even though you have no experience. No matter how hard you work, you will receive the said raise as someone who is a total slacker. No recognition for your work accomplishments Awful Time Card System. No flexibility with time. No overtime allowed and if you do work overtime, it will be removed from your timecard. There is no "team" mentality. Most departments would rather fight against each other than work together.
