      Innovative, thoughtful people who are easy to work with. Cool new projects that are cutting edge.

      Cons

      Average Pay. Upper management leaves a lot to be desired.

      Pros

      The people are happy and helpful. They offer a 9/80 work schedule. The benefits package is good and includes pension in addition to a 401K with match. The company is willing to spend money on training their employees.

      Cons

      There is not enough team building events. More time should be spent focusing on building camaraderie amongst members inside and outside of individual departments. Community service and improving the public image is not a big concern.

      Room for growth - lots of opportunities; Benefits are great

      Cons

      Negotiate for higher pay with offer or you're locked in; cafeteria food isn't all that great for the price. Since remodel, food and service have gone downhill
