Pros

Great benefits, set your own schedule, raise very year, bonuses light demands

Cons

Very close to working for the government: not much gets accomplished, major red tape, committees, review boards etc to get anything done. One of the secretaries said she has worked for many companies over the years and has never seen so many unhappy employees. From the outside it looks great because of all of the Pros, but the life is slowly sucked out of you with this company until you become one of the many that doesn't care because you can't make your job efficient or productive or satisfying.

good benefits, great location. I really can't say much more. See the 'Cons' Section for information about why it's not a great place to work.

Cons

For some reason, the managerial culture is very intent on making people feel like idiots. There is no training, guidance, development, or mentorship. Everyone is basically treated like an idiot with few acceptions.

Great people to work with Amazingly talented and helpful engineers and other techs Wonderful work environment (A real family feeling environment)

Cons

Worry about whether congress will renew contract was always looming. Old equipment mixed with new equipment increased the breakdown issues.
