Pros

good benefits, great location. I really can't say much more. See the 'Cons' Section for information about why it's not a great place to work.

Cons

For some reason, the managerial culture is very intent on making people feel like idiots. There is no training, guidance, development, or mentorship. Everyone is basically treated like an idiot with few acceptions.

Pros

People are friendly and morale is high.

Cons

VP of engineering still runs the place like it has 20 employees. GA-ASI used to feel like it was on a mission. Nowadays it feels like the post office. The company might be in trouble if it doesn't get a new major contract soon, but managers keep staffing like it's 9/12/2001.
