Pros

They have great Job security and competitive pay. Vacation is good if you are never sick. People are of the friendliest (average) that I have worked with in the past. Perhaps it's the weather or location. Professionals are given a lot of responsibility and leway with personal schedules and how they work.

Cons

Things move a snails pace compared to smaller companies. Have to take vacation days if you are actually sick. Training in certain departments is lacking, there is a lot of "tribal knowledge" that has to be learned by doing things and can not be easily tought in an indoc brief or training course.

Pros

Great technology, Job security, incredibly intelligent workforce, an entrepeneurial environment, plenty of autonomy.

Cons

Lack of communication from senior management on company direction. Silo environments surrounding different groups. It is difficult to find information from different groups/locations.
