Pros

I worked at General Atomics in Poway as a Project Control Analyst for 5 years, and it was truly one of the best companies I’ve ever been part of. The people are supportive, the culture is positive, and the managers in Finance and Program Scheduling are highly knowledgeable. There are real opportunities for growth and advancement, making it a fantastic place to build a career

Cons

Pros

There are good compensation 9/80 work schedule. Interesting work.

Cons

Many projects try and stay very flexible, which is both a pro and a con. The con is that requirements are often time unclear. The pro is that the flexibility to work with stakeholder is present.
