Pros

The projects/programs tend to be technically interesting, some of the benefits (health insurance, "pension") are decent, working more than 40 hours/week is rare.

Cons

Management at all levels is under-performing and holding the company back from achieving great things. People that are actually competent either are marginalized and stuck in their current roles because they're "essential", or they get frustrated with the lack of career development and leave. Company has not been successful at winning new contracts, and mis-manages current contracts and R&D programs. Compensation is below market.

Pros

Great benefits, organized, clean facility, lots of amenities and perks.

Cons

9/80 schedule, “mandatory overtime” , couple days advance on mando overtime and not a week in advance. Merit increases are low. Can be a hostile environment due to all the trash talking and gossip from other employees.
