Pros

- Work your hours 9/80 - Product is phenomenal - Peers are helpful - Great place to retire from

Cons

- Not all work makes you feel like a developer, more of a document expert. - If you do not voice your issues, you will never resolve any problems

Pros

The entire lifecycle of Microsoft web software is here from ASP to Core ASP.NET. Anyone who has every developed web software using the MS tool set can find a niche.

Cons

There is still a lack of decisive architecture and no central architect. This will probably lead to yet more variations.

Pros

It's a stable job with a lot of flexibility in the working hours. They really care about the employees and there is always lot of new and interesting work coming in.

Cons

It's a defense contractor so you need to maintain a security clearance for a lot of the positions which can be tedious. Also the compensation is not quite as high as some companies in the private sector.
