You will never get fired from this company. A body is a body to them.
Cons
Very low paid. Leaders in ALL departments will lie to you your face. The leaders will talk bad about you to your co workers. You can not trust anyone here. No communication at all when changes or needs need to be met. The supervisors in ALL departments play favoritism. People can talk to you how ever they want and will never get reprimanded for it. HR is not for the people she is for the owner of the company. They do little to no recognition for the employees. You can tell HR your problems all day and nothing ever changes. This is not a friendly work environment at all, this is not a team everyone is for themselves. It's the worst place I have ever worked. And it has gotten worse over the time I've worked there. I do not recommend this company at all. Unless you like for leaders to have you questioning your worth as a person. You are scum to all of them and know very little .
