This company is a lawyer's dream come true. The amount of HR violations that happen on a daily basis are astounding. Just in the harassment department- Power Harassment, Personal Harassment, Psychological Harassment, Verbal Harassment and Retaliation Harassment. And you can't go to HR for these things- she will laugh at you. I've never been treated so horribly as a human being in my life, and I'm talking about even outside the workplace, I've never been treated and talked to this badly. I've been screamed at, cursed at, told I'm useless, had things thrown while I'm in the room, the condescending and manipulative and tone and words spoken to me, and the vindictiveness, maliciousness, and narcissistic upper management members are going to run this businesss into the ground.
