Pros

steady work. unionized so your protected. scheduled pay raises. Can be fun at times.

Cons

Management needs improvement, hazardous work conditions, bad on your body, can leave your feeling like your wasting your life if your not really in it. Not for everyone but to the right individuals it can be a great way of life. Take my advice with a grain of salt. Some will love it and others will begin to hate their lives.
