Good benefits and fair pay scale for the region. Continuing education opportunities within the organization and reimbursement offered for external continuing education/college classes.

Cons

Work day schedule flexibility is limited. Employee self guided work is not encouraged and micro management is commonly practiced. Diversity of projects was limited.

Laid back work environment for the most part. Work doesn't require a great deal of intelligence. Employees are very friendly.

Cons

Clocking in and out is monitored very strictly. Rather than completing tasks, it just feels like you're completing hours. Work is also very boring.

so long ago I don't recall. Not much to report. Industrial-Military setting. computing, data bases, support, FOCUS programming, Worker's Comp integration. Some support

Cons

Industrial-Military setting. Working on projects that ultimately wouldn't be used because of technology advances. Integrating Worker's Comp data from mainframe to Microsoft Word-based documents for federal submission.
