      Pros

      I enjoy the freedom to work my own hours as long as I am available for team meetings. My co-workers are all intelligent, creative and fun to work with!

      Cons

      Pay is based on # of accecpted products which does not always cover the costs of time spent researching and develop new items.

      There are a great deal of good people in both hourly and salary ranks. Many take pride in the phrase, "Bath Built is Best Built".

      Cons

      The leadership of the organization is poor. To question a decision or a leader is frowned upon. They have all the answers and you couldn't possibly offer up an alternative that would be better. Poor leadership skills.
