Quality ships Good place for your first year or 2 out of school.

Cons

Shocking to see rascist grafitti on buildings - ss symbols and more. Aggressive and uncooperative unions fight any efficiencies. So much is done manually that could easily be done in a 10th of the time or less electronically. This place is like something from the 50s. Why don't the engineers unionize? Clerks (unionized) get 7 weeks vacation while Engineers get 3. What's wrong with that picture? Little time off for the expectations - long hours, 24/7. Learned a lot my first 2 years - some good some bad.
