Pros
Good job security for somebody straight out of college. Definitely not somewhere you want to work for more than a couple of years. 6% 401k match.
Cons
Impossible to find parking without a 10 minute walk minimum, cops constantly ticketing or towing cars, salary is not competitive, raises are horrible, healthcare plan is horrible, they greatly undervalue prior experience particularly for reservists and guardsmen. They are inflexible with negotiating offers and cheap out. Bad company policy in case the government shuts down for more than 30 days so you won’t be paid for your drills when the LESs generate late.
