      Pros

      Get to work on an interesting product. Work life balance is usually very good. Work stress is generally not very high. Job security is probably one of the best you'll find.

      Cons

      Compensation has historically lagged behind peers - especially for the cost of residency in the location, and benefits are average. Upper management has a noticeable disconnect with reality. Promotion system is primarily based on how long you've been here vs performance which results in a fair few upper level contributors not pulling their weight. Management philosophy and procedures are woefully outdated. Parking can be horrendous
