No training - hold your job over your head with the fear of finding a new one. Plenty of work. Management turns a blind eye to mischarging big no with govt work

there are no pros for this company

there are too many cons to list. management has a poor attitude towards it's employees, management blames all their problems on the employees esp when it's the supervisors fault. mangement doesn't listen to it's employees. there is a LOT of favortism in the company, they promote their friends instead of those with experience. The company/mgmt accept no accountability/responsibiity for their actions. The mgmt/company has the good ole boy mentality and if you're not in a 'click' of friends, you're treated differently esp if you're not liked by mgmt. you have no rights in the workplace except for what HR and the company decide what rights you have/don't have.
