      Not a great environment for New Grads

      Pros

      Job security is good. 401k Match is good. Lots of cool coworkers to meet and talk to.

      Cons

      Very TOXIC work environment as management does not care for employees and works them to the bone. Expected to work 40+ hours per week. You are forced to stay within your team for at least a year and even then its hard to transfer teams. There are no raises, and the pay bump to a higher engineer level barely covers inflation. Only take if desperate.
