      Great Place to Start but Not to Stay

      Great out of college starting salary. Can move up in either engineering or management. Can learn a lot by working through the rotation program.

      Cons

      Once you start with your salary, it is not competitive anymore. People who have 7 years experience are now getting surpassed in salary who have 3 years. Not a great motivator to stay especially if you like the work.
