EB is the place where innovations went to die. There is a huge disconnection between manager to regular staff. Lack of communication from the top. Working together as a team is very much discourage, a.k.a you should not put a burden on your coworker. Really? This atmosphere creates a lot of back stabbings and getting your job done by all means. Managers and supervisors keep changing the requirements everyday. Yet they still believe that the instruction from the top is very "crystal clear". Different from Engineers that belong to Union, the employee who are exempt face the threat to be demoted or fired all the time from the supervisors/ managers. This place is heavily filled with dirty office politics and a culture that refuse to change.
