      Pros

      Culture breads a thorough and detail oriented work ethic. Work is interesting and employees share a pride in the end product.

      Cons

      Management is beginning to tailor all benefits towards newer employees. This will help with employee retention up to a certain length of employment. Also seems like everytime the management roles out a new benefit or incentive its skimming a benefit elsewhere. You are very much just a number at this company.

      Good workers and managers, beautiful area

      Beautiful area but very cold, some managers can be annoying but I guess that comes with the job.
