      Pros

      Its a stable source of income. They hire just about anyone

      Cons

      Management is shady Engineers don't actually do any engineering work. We are just managers/secretaries for the union designers. Turnover rate is really high. You have to get in by 5:30 to get a spot in the parking garage, otherwise you need to wait for a shuttle to drive you over on your own time. Benefits are slowly in decline.

      Your job will probably be very easy It's almost impossible to get fired if you don't violate security protocols Get to work on one of the most complicated systems there is Generally 40-45 hour work weeks

      Cons

      Finding a parking spot is like being in the Hunger Games EB does not really care about employee morale at all, which is low No attraction for younger employees to stay - work is slow, redundant, few opportunities for advancement or interesting projects,

      Pros

      Pretty good social atmosphere, a lot of people to work with. They have an intramurals sports club and have a lot of sports.

      Cons

      There is a divide between the union and non-union employees sometimes. Location in SE CT is only good during summer for proximity to beaches.
