      Pros

      Decent money for individuals with little to no college. Ample overtime opportunity Room for growth if you can take the beating

      Cons

      The hardest workers are paid the same as the laziest. No incentive. Hourly workers are treated very poorly. Unbelievable disconnect between the business end and the producing end. Very unsafe conditions.

      Very interesting work. Beautiful office in New London.

      Government contracting is slow moving work. Simple things quickly become harder than they need to be and overcomplicated.
