      Interesting, but an old-fashioned, slow moving company.

      Pros

      The product is interesting, most of the people are great to work with, and the New London facility is wonderful.

      Cons

      Company isn't remotely progressive - very old fashioned, salaried employees treated like hourly people. Work can be tedious, and lots of little issues can make for an unpleasant experience.

      -Management cares for you -Can rotate to other departments easily -Flexible schedules -Work on a great product -Sense of pride by employees -Ability to balance work and social life

      Cons

      -Work is too easy sometimes -Very little ability to be innovative, all work is based on 1960s methodology, but this may be due to government restrictions -Everything is based on years served including promotions and raises -Reviews aren't based on your performance but instead on your age as a way to make sure you don't move up too quick -Non-competitive salaries -Raises are below inflation rate
