Work expectations are low. Hiring standard is non-existent, literally hired everyone from the hiring event.
Cons
Pay is poor. They count on having minimal competition in the area. Tech is unbelievably old. Designs are decades old and stale. Benefits are mediocre and got worse every year. Salary employees are time-clock watched as bad as hourly employees. Sexism is rampant. Racism is tolerated.
