Low pay compared to the rest of defense, technologically the company is about 15 years behind where it should be. Upward mobility is pretty structured even if you go above an beyond, asking for a raise is basically out of the question.

Company culture needs work, very top-down and dated. People aren’t payed enough to stay, benefits are below standard, parking is horrible, most of the buildings are old and not maintained well
