- The culture is toxic at worst, absent at best - Exec. leadership treats all employees like numbers and demands you refer to them as Mr. or Mrs.... its very strange! - "5 for free" - this means that the first 5hours of overtime are unpaid, essentially you work for free. This resets every week - The buildings are in disrepair and event present hazards (and I am referring to the office buildings, those folks didn't sign up to be put in harms way)
