      Great benefits that somehow manage to improve every year! Tons of PTO that increases with years of service and the option to purchase even more additional PTO

      Cons

      Even though our customer did not include a degree as a requirement, the company added it as a requirement for every level on top of the years of experience the customer provided.

      Several contracts so work is there.

      Cons

      Lack of support from upper management. Conflicting views from upper management, compensation is not competitive. Benefits are not all that good. Contracts are bid on to win and not the actual effort it takes to complete the job or resources.
