      Pros

      Management works hard to avoid layoffs. Lots of opportunities to work independently. Employees encouraged to work from home. Individual private offices for everyone.

      Cons

      Traditional work of providing staff augmentation for IT services is drying up. Unable to pivot to providing more high tech engineering services. Focused on lowering salaries to bottom 20% of market to win new bids. Half empty buildings all over the country. Management trying to fix things by just yelling louder.
