GDIT takes a hands-on approach to DE&I. The company atmosphere promotes ERG's (employee resource groups) that are welcoming, non-judgmental, and a safe place to share life concerns. During the early part of the pandemic, and when most worked remotely, GDIT started a "how are you really" campaign, as management saw the need for us all to check on one another, to be real in our findings, to understand the various daily trials each faces. We continue to build on that, having sit downs, regular check ins and providing resource management to everyone. The ERG's have a stake in that, as the members interact daily, on CONNECT plus, sharing adventures, stories, family experiences and we all can comment, share, like and love. In closing, you can find a career just about anywhere. However at GDIT you find a life-long career full of opportunities, blended with a family environment, full of compassion and understanding.
