Plenty of opportunities great first job to gain large company experience depending on size of project, you can share the workload overall good benefits, nothing crazy special, but your basic 401k, health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, etc.

Cons

no career/mentorship program yet (pilot stages) if you prefer smaller companies, it's not for you plenty of resource but it depends who you know
