Pros

The only pro to me is that you have the option to work hybrid.

Cons

The pay is way too low for the amount of work that we do. Supervisors are either micromanagers or rude. No room for growth with the position. You have to go through a whole process just to get time off, even if its just to leave 30 minutes early for an emergency.
