Opinion based on Pawcatuck CT site only Very set in their ways. The mindset is "It's how it's always been done." No formal mechanism for continuous improvement. Suggestions are sometimes acted on, or sometimes outright dismissed. Depends on the department supervisor. Communication from managers in the front of the building to the people in the back of the building is almost non-existent. They rely on word of mouth to spread information. Annual goal setting is treated like a joke. No real effort is put into developing meaningful goals to develop employees.
