      Good place for people to break into IT because they hire many with little to no experience.

      Cons

      Not much financial benefit for the more advanced and no reason to stay.

      Good salary and benefits while you are actively working on a project. Management does try and find follow-on work to keep people employed.

      Cons

      Small to non-existent bench. People with a good work history or proven track record generally have 2 weeks before they are let go. Others not as long.
