Pros
The work is important and relevant since its in correlation with the U.S. government. So it's your tax dollars that you're paying yourself with. My position is full remote so the company is very understanding of that perspective and doesn't force in office visits. The 9/80 schedule is nice. So it nice working 9 hour days and having every other Friday off. Unlimited resources to learning such as Udemy.
Cons
Feels like the typical rat race type of company. If you do well, you can get spot bonuses. Working with other vendors can be a pain.
